Landscape Renovation

The landscaping of this lovely home had been overplanted with generic shrubs, and the homeowner was unhappy with it. Artistic Gardenscapes added unique plants: fragrant mock orange, acanthus mollis, and a variety of Japanese maples that provided much-needed visual interest. We also created an entirely new garden by transplanting the overplanted shrubs to more appropriate spaces. For an outdoor courtyard, we transformed a family heirloom cement trough into a working fountain planted with cyperus. The owner requested and designed a secret family garden, where we installed an antique brick walkway and incorporate and incorporated the owner's old gate into a new wrought iron fence.
